Municipal Opioid Abatement Funds Data Dashboard
Welcome to the Massachusetts Opioid Settlement Funding Expenditures Dashboard. The data comes from the annual Municipal Expenditure Report submitted by municipalities who signed onto the Massachusetts State Subdivision Agreement for Statewide Opioid Settlements. View the Massachusetts State Subdivision Agreement. The reporting period is for Fiscal Year 2023 (July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023).
Using the Dashboard
When hovering over a municipality, a popup will appear with information on the amount received and expended, and the total percentage of funds spent. For those municipalities that either did not submit a report or did not participate, the data is listed as unavailable.
To see the information shared in the FY23 Expenditure Report, click on a municipality in the interactive map or select a municipality or county from the drop-down lists to the right. The default setting is the list of municipalities. To view county information and map, click the black button labeled “County Map'' on the lower right-hand corner of the dashboard. To return to the municipality map, click the black button labeled 'Municipality Map' on the lower right-hand corner of the dashboard. The complete content from the submitted FY23 Expenditure Reports appears below the map.
